Support Policy
Freelance Guidance & Leads
Freelance guidance or client leads, if offered, are optional paid services and are not included in the base subscription unless explicitly stated.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once service access is provided. Fake payment proofs or abuse may result in permanent suspension without refund.
Misuse & Termination
Repeated misuse, abusive behavior, spamming, or violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
